WALL SLIP - Iterations until no slip
Structured Grids
To minimize transients at the start of a Wind-US calculation, with
structured grids the velocity at no-slip boundaries is actually reduced
from its initial value to the no-slip condition over a number of
iterations.
The WALL SLIP keyword allows the user to specify the number
of iterations, given by val, on a zonal basis.
The default value is 50 iterations.
