INCLUDE - Include a file in the standard input
This keyword allows the contents of an external file to be incorporated
into Wind-US's standard input, just as if they were part of the
input data (.dat) file.
The filename must be either the full path name for the file,
or a relative path name within the directory in which Wind-US is
being run.
"Include" files may be nested.
