ENTHALPY-PRESERVING - Enthalpy-preserving scheme
Unstructured Grids
When this keyword is used, the left and right states used to compute
the cell interface fluxes are modified based on an enthalpy-preserving
scheme.
The default is to not use an enthalpy-preserving scheme.
