Crunch Exercise

    Time: 45 seconds/team
The purpose of this activity is to see which team can complete the most crunches in 45 seconds.
    *Let first team decide who goes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…
    *Have the team pick one team member
    *Explain in detail what qualifies as a completed crunch
    *Set timer for 45 seconds
    *Count how many crunches completed after 45 seconds
    *Award 2 points for each completed crunch
    *Award an extra 4 points for first place
    *Award an extra 2 points for second place


Pushup Exercise

    Time: 45 seconds/team
The purpose of this activity is to see which team can complete the most pushups in 45 seconds.
    *Let first team decide who goes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…
    *Have the team pick one team member
    *Explain in detail what qualifies as a completed pushup
    *Set timer for 45 seconds
    *Count how many pushups completed after 45 seconds
    *Award 2 points for each completed pushup
    *Award an extra 4 points for first place
    *Award an extra 2 points for second place


Squat Exercise

The purpose of this activity is to see which team can complete the most squats in 45 seconds.

    Time: 45 seconds/team
    *Let first team decide who goes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…
    *Have the team pick one team member

    *Set timer for 45 seconds
    *Count how many squats completed after 45 seconds
    *Award 2 points for each completed squat
    *Award an extra 4 points for first place

Jumping Jack Activity

    Time: 45 seconds/team
The purpose of this activity is to see which team can complete the most jumping jacks in 45 seconds.
    *Let first team decide who goes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…
    *Have the team pick one team member
    *Explain in detail what qualifies as a completed jumping jack
    *Set timer for 45 seconds
    *Count how many jumping jacks completed after 45 seconds
    *Award 2 points for each completed jumping jack
    *Award an extra 4 points for first place
    *Award an extra 2 points for second place.



Paper Plane Activity

The purpose of this activity is to see who can throw the exact same paper airplane the furthest then retrieve it the quickest.

    *Let first team decide who goes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…
    *Give the 1, 2, 3, go command
    *The team that throws the plane the furthest recieves 15 points
    *The team that retrieves it the fastest 10 points.
