At the top of the window is the text "Current working file:", followed by the full path name for the file. Below that are three sets of radio buttons.

The first set, on the left, has five radio buttons, labeled "Any as selected", "Zones", "Surfaces", "Curves", and "Points". In this example the first radio button is selected.

The second set, in the middle, has two radio buttons, labeled "Rotate one object", and "Rotate multiple objects". In this example the first radio button is selected.

And the third set, on the right, has four radio buttons, labeled "Overwrite rotated object", "Generate new object with default name", "Generate new object with name:" (followed by an empty text box), and "Do not write result - save in results buffer". In this example the second button is selected.

Next is the instruction "Define line to use as rotation axis:" Below the instruction are two sections titled "Endpoint 1" and "Endpoint 2".

The "Endpoint 1" section contains two radio buttons, labeled "Select Endpoint 1 graphically" and "Use coordinates:". Below the second button are three text boxes labeled "X:", "Y:", and "Z:".

The "Endpoint 2" section contains five radio buttons, labeled "Select Endpoint 2 graphically", "Parallel to x-axis at Endpoint 1", "Parallel to y-axis at Endpoint 1", "Parallel to z-axis at Endpoint 1", and "Use coordinates:". Below the last button are three text boxes labeled "X:", "Y:", and "Z:".

On the left, below the "Endpoint 1" section, is a text box labeled "Rotation Angle (-360. to 360.):".

At the bottom are "Cancel" and "Rotate Objects" buttons.
