Language - This will be important because it enables the crew to communicate. They will have to decide on a standard language for some purposes.

Eating Habits - This is less an issue, since in most instances each person's eating habits reflect their environment. Habits are likely to change as the environment changes. Potential issues may arise if their eating habits are tied to religious or cultural beliefs.

Cultural Beliefs - Crew members will have to respect each other's culture and understand their ways, in order to avoid conflicts that may arise from misunderstandings. All persons will have to adjust and reach some agreement on how the group will relate to one another.

Race or Class - Since everyone is different, there is no majority to impose a judgement or control over another. Prejudice may arise out of cultural or religious differences, but this will have to be resolved. There can be no team if everyone does not respect and embrace each other's differences.

Religious Beliefs - Crew members will have to respect each other's religious practices. It is important that everyone realize that religion is an individual choice. Some adjustments may be necessary.

Income - This should not be an issue, since money will not play a significant role initially. Persons can barter or trade with each other. The team will be producing what they need to survive. They will not be able to buy it.

Education - This is less of an issue since everyone is able to learn. Everyone knows something which they can teach another and will need to learn new things. This should not be perceived as an obstacle.

Physical Appearance - This should not be an issue because everyone will look different, so there is less basis to make value judgements about one another.
