GVIS Displays at Great Lakes Science Center for MLK Day

The GVIS Lab was thrilled to be able to provide NASA displays at the Great Lakes Science Center as the doors were opened for free on Martin Luther King Day. The Science Center recorded 11,610 people in attendance!

Hathaway Brown High School Student Creates Virtual Microgravity Science Glovebox

Cleveland Museum of Natural History Visits the Lab

Several members of the great Cleveland Museum of Natural History visited the GVIS Lab to get demonstrations of a wide variety of advanced visualization technologies including augmented reality and virtual reality. The Museum is interested in these technologies as they work to develop new and exciting displays.

New Tech West High School Visits the GVIS Lab

Students from New Tech West High School got a chance to experience a wide variety of GVIS applications making use of virtual and augmented reality technologies.

Hosting a Special Wish Child

The GVIS Lab was thrilled to support the NASA Glenn Research Center’s hosting of a Special Wish child. Jacob wants to be an astronaut and be on Mars so members of the Scientific Computing and Visualization Team provided him with several experiences involving augmented and virtual reality!
