The following noteworthy corrections have been made relative to what was
published as
"Wind-US User's Guide Version 4.0", NASA TM-2016-219145, Sep 2016.

Thermodynamic properties
contained in the NASA3287 chemisty file:
Corrected the sign of the a2 coefficient in the
curve fit for Gibbs free energy, G/RT.

Specifying
Freestream k and ω TURBULENCE Values
for the SST Model:
Corrected the description to indicate that inflow turbulence values
are reapplied every cycle for both structured and
unstructured grids.
In the previous release of the code, boundary turbulence values
on structured grids were only applied during initialization.
If the flow exited the boundary at any time during the solution procedure,
values from the interior were extrapolated to that boundary point.
But, should the flow subsequently re-establish itself as entering the domain,
the boundary values were no longer those initially specified.
