This is an illustration of the opening IVMS web page. In a frame across the top is a menu bar with a visitor counter on the left, the current date on the right, and several links across the middle. For standard Wind users (i.e., not developers), the links will be labeled "Projects", "Messages", "Downloads", "User Info", and "Logout". This menu bar will appear on all the IVMS web pages.

Below the menu bar are two links labeled "Open Wind Development" and "Open Wind Tools". Below that is a link to the Wind-US documentation home page, at http://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/winddocs/. Next is a paragraph describing the NPARCtalk mailing list, for discussion of NPARC Alliance software, including Wind-US and its associated utilities. The subscription form is at https://lists.nasa.gov/mailman/listinfo/nparctalk. Finally, there's a section containing "System Notes" that may be of interest.
