Wind-US v3 Validation

The sub-directories are for the following Wind-US cases:
Str-Str_SST/      -- structured grid, structured solver, SST turbulence model
Str-Str_SSTcc/    -- structured grid, structured solver, SST turbulence model w/compressibility correction
Str-Str_SST-v2/   -- structured grid, structured solver, SST turbulence model using Wind-US v2

Each Wind-US case subdirectory contains the following files:
Seiner.dat    -- Wind-US input file
Seiner.cgd    -- Wind-US grid file
Seiner.cfl    -- Wind-US solution file
Seiner.pp.csh -- post-processing script; runs Seiner.pp.com cfpost file and various Fortran programs
Seiner-centerline.dat -- centerline data in Tecplot format; from Seiner.pp.csh
Seiner.x      -- Plot3D 3-D grid file; from Seiner.pp.csh; contains x,y,z
Seiner.q      -- Plot3D 3-D flow file; from Seiner.pp.csh; contains u,v,M,k,mut/muinf

*** Note ***
Between Wind-US v3.144b and v3.145, changes were made to the common file system (CGD and CFL files). While these changes are transparent to the user when running Wind-US v3.145 and higher and the most recent Wind Tools, Tecplot and Fieldview common file readers have not been updated as of June 2011. Since these cases were run with Wind-US v3.144b and lower, there are currently no compatibility issues. However, if the Wind-US cases are re-run using v3.145 and higher, there will be compatibility issues until the Tecplot and Fieldview readers are updated. Therefore, two sets of flowfield Tecplot layout files are included for the Wind-US structure solver cases: one set reads in Plot3D grid and flow files, the second set, denoted by "cfl" set reads in CGD and CFL files.
