This answer is incorrect.
The division of fractions is done by taking the reciprocal of the divisor and multipling. In this problem you have the additional problem of working with a mixed fraction. Your must first convert the mixed fraction to an improper fraction.
1 1/2 converted to an improper fraction is 3/2
then 3/2 divided by 1/2.
3/2 x 2/1
6/2
then this fraction needs to be reduced
6/2 = 3
