The Urban Nutcracker is a a project of CSA's Dance Department the Pilobolus
Dance Company (Alison Chase, Director) and The Y.A.R.D. (Bill Wade, Director).
This collaborative effort retells Hoffman's classic tale and places it
in an "urban" setting. Act One premiered in December 1997 and received
critical acclaim. December 1999 will mark the second performance
of the entire work. Public performances will be on December 10, 11,
17 and 18 at Cuyahoga Community College. For more information on
