Plain Dealer Staff Members Volunteer Time to Paint CSA

Staff members from Ohio's largest newspaper painted the third floor of the Cleveland School of the Arts in August 1999. This is the third year that Plain Dealer staffers and their families have volunteered their time to paint the school.

Working with the friends of CSA and a color consultant, the Plain Dealer has now completed painting all three floors of the school. Their efforts are much appreciated by the staff, students and community of CSA.

An unidentified Plain Dealer staff member paints a radiator on the third floor,

Painting the railings so students can enjoy a clean and fresh looking environment.

It takes teamwork to get this job done before school opens. The view is on the way up to the fourth floor.
