INCLUDE - Include a file in the standard input
This keyword allows the contents of an external file to be incorporated
into WIND's standard input, just as if they were part of the
input data (.dat) file.
The filename must be either the full path name for the file,
or a relative path name within the directory in which the WIND code is
being run.
"Include" files may be nested.
