At the top of the window is the text "Current working file:", followed by the full path name for the file.
Below that, on the left, are three radio buttons, labeled "Add points to curve", "Add lines to surface", and "Add planes to zone". In this example the second radio button is selected.
On the right are four more radio buttons, labeled "Overwrite original object", "Generate new object with default names", "Generate new object with name:" (followed by an empty text box), and "Do not write results - save in results buffer". In this example the second button is selected.
Next is the following instruction:
Enter indices to add (i.e., n 4.5 will add an n-line halfway between n = 4 and n = 5), or set checkbutton to identity indices graphically. Note: Only point data is created. Blanking and boundary condition information are not utilized in this operation.
Below the instruction is a check box, labeled "Select indices to add graphically", followed by two text boxes labeled "N-lines to add:" and "M-lines to add:".
Next is the instruction "Select type of interpolation to use when inserting index", followed by two radio buttons labeled "Nonlinear" and "Linear".
At the bottom are "Cancel" and "Add Indices" buttons.
