This page contains photographs and videos of the RETF and interviews of retired RETF Engineers.

The photo gallery is subdivided into eight sections:

• Construction Photos: View the RETF being constructed.
• Aerials through the Years: View the RETF site from the sky, from 1955 through 1987.
• Graphics through the Years: View the RETF site, graphically presented from 1957 through 1985.
• From the Blockhouse: View the RETF from or near the blockhouse, from 1956 until 2002.
• People at Work: View engineers and scientists at work.
• Items Tested: View injectors, nozzles, and engines.
• Tests: View photos of actual tests.
• Trial and Error: View photographs of damages when engines fail.
• Demolition: RETF is torn down to make way for the new runway

Video footage of successful and unsuccessful test runs is available in Windows media or Quicktime formats. These short clips show just how powerful the engines and hardware were that were tested at the RETF.
