Produced by NASA Langley Research Center’s Office of Education, NASA CONNECT is an annual series of FREE, 30 minute, standards-based, instructional programs designed to enhance the teaching of math, science and technology concepts in grades 5-8. An educator’s guide describing a hands-on activity and a web activity accompanies each NASA CONNECT program. The interactive activities reinforce and extend the objectives presented in the video and establish a connection between the math, science and technology concepts taught in the classroom and the math, science and technology used everyday by NASA researchers.
