Dear Space Photovoltaic Colleagues:
The time for SPRAT XX has nearly arrived and plans are in high gear while attending to last minute details. A number of minor changes have been made to the Agenda to address travel conflicts for some of the presenters, so presentation times may have shifted slightly.. Please check the Program Overview page and the Final Agenda to verify the time of your presentation. A detailed summary of workshops being held during SPRAT is also available on the Program Overview page. These workshops provide an important function for the space photovoltaic community and are designed to address key issues relevant to those in attendance. Please review the workshop descriptions and pass this information on to those in your organizations who would best be served by attending the workshops. Preparation and attendance by the appropriate individuals is key to achieving the goals established for each workshop.
Please note that the agenda is very tight and filled with a number of excellent presentations. All presentations are limited to 15 minutes (including questions). Authors, please consider these time constraints when making final changes to your presentations. The 15 minute time limit will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all those in attendance. For those deciding to attend at the last minute, on-site registration is welcome. However, if possible, an e-mail to Barb informing her of your on-site registration plans would be greatly appreciated. It will help us minimize details at the registration desk. Please do not hesitate to contact me, or Barbara Madej at (216) 433-2305, should you have any questions.
It looks like the weather is going to cooperate again, as it has done with so many past SPRAT Conferences. The forecast is for sunny skies in the low 80s. The agenda is filled with excellent presentations. May your travels be safe and uneventful.
See you in Cleveland!
