This semi-log plot shows a stable lifetime of about 900 microseconds from 100 to 800 degrees C. The lifetime starts to slowly roll off, dropping to about 500 microseconds by 1200 degrees C and 2 microseconds at 1600 degrees C. Responses to two wavelengths are shown (480 and 575 micrometers); the responses are practically the same.
