The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is available to all NASA
Glenn civil service users. HRIS provides personnel and training information to supervisors and employees. Each employee is able to review his or her current status, employment history, and training history. Supervisors, in addition to their own information, will be able to review information about individuals within their organization.
HRIS password resets:
Employee contacts the LMIT Help Desk (Intellicenter), 3-4848. The Help Desk informs the employee that he/she must go to Desktop Computing Services (Second-Level Support Office), Bldg 142-Rm. 187, and present their badge because of the privacy sensitive information. Desktop Computing Services will forward the Remedy record to the DBA Remedy queue. The responsible password person will reset the password and contact the employee directly with their default password to log in.

For security purposes, please complete the form, sign, and return it to DBA Mail Stop 142-4. Your password to access HRIS will be mailed to you in a sealed envelope marked, "To be Opened by Addressee Only."
