Performance evaluations are required for Co-op students using NASA form C-9890. Evaluations must be completed by the student's supervisor, discussed with the student, and sent to the NASA Glenn Co-op Coordinator for review and signature If a student's performance falls below "Fully Successful," he/she may be separated from the program.
