Eligibility

Participation in the program is arranged through the Cooperative Education Office at the student;s school of record. To qualify for the Program, the student must:

  • Be pursuing a graduate degree, baccalaureate degree, or associate degree in a major field of study directly related to the position for which they are being considered

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college/university

  • Have completed Sophomore year (baccalaureate degree)

  • Be enrolled in the institution's Cooperative Education Program

  • Be recommended to Glenn Research Center by the appropriate staff member at the educational institution

  • Be a United States Citizen

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Meet security and medical requirements

  • Meet the qualification standards of the position

  • Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) for graduate or baccalaureate degree and a 2.5 GPA for an associate degree.
