The Glenn Cooperative (Co-op) Education Program combines a student's academic study with a paid career-related work experience.

Cooperative education provides students with a better understanding of human relations and offers practical experience that relates academic studies to work.

Participants alternate periods of study at their schools with periods of work at Glenn Research Center.
