Employee Suggestion Award Program

· The best place for anyone to look for ideas is in their own work area.

· Pick a situation that needs improvement;

· Pinpoint the problem;

· A good idea is one that can be implemented;

· Document the idea and show the benefits realized

· The idea needs to meet NASA’s or GRC’s goals;

· Make sure that the idea has not already been submitted;

· Determine how the idea will benefit the Agency or Center;

· Complete and submit the Ideas at Work Form NASA C- 9034.
