What's an Idea Worth?
Employee Suggestion Award Program

The worth of an idea is based on a tangible or intangible benefits determination:

· Tangible simply means the idea can be measured in some way – such as savings, money, time, steps in the work process.

· Intangible ideas cannot be easily measured, but help improve employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction or otherwise support center goals.

Whether the idea is tangible or intangible, the benefits must be determined by, first, the suggester, second, the evaluator, and finally by the Suggestion Committee/s.
