The Materials Division has historically developed high temperature materials primarily for use in propulsion systems.
Broad areas of interest include Polymers, Metals, Ceramics, Coatings, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, and Computational Materials Science. These materials and technologies find applications in aircraft and spacecraft, as well as in a widening number of other applications.
