Available Platforms:

  • MAC/GMC version 4.0 is available for the PC platform.
  • The UNIX (SUN and SGI) versions of MAC/GMC are no longer supported. MAC/GMC 3.0 is still available for these platforms.

Requesting MAC/GMC and FEAMAC:

The MAC/GMC software may be requested directly from the primary MAC/GMC contact, Dr. Steven M. Arnold. By requesting from the primary contact, you will receive:

  • the MAC/GMC software program
  • the printed MAC/GMC user's manual

To request the MAC/GMC software, please send the following information on company or institution letterhead:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Title
  • Company or University
  • A description of how you will utilize MAC/GMC
  • Desired Version and Platform

Requesting the Commercial Version of MAC/GMC with Graphical User Interface (HyperMAC):

A commercial version of the MAC/GMC software, along with a graphical user interface, is under development through a partnership of NASA Glenn Research Center, Ohio Aerospace Institute, and Collier Research Corporation.
