Summer internships at the ATL have resulted in the development of new capabilities and products. A 3-student team from Brigham Young University worked on the ATL's scanning sound intensity system over the course of three summers. Nicholas Hawes, a BFA medical illustrations major from the Cleveland Institute of Art, created original illustrations for many of ATL's training and outreach products and presentations.
