The ATL's educational outreach activities include a number of on-site activities and programs as well as the development and distribution of educational resources for hearing conservation and low-noise design professionals.

Among the programs that ATL supports are mentoring and shadowing experiences for students and teachers and collaborative projects with local educational institutions. ATL frequently hosts tour groups of students, teachers, and business professionals.
