Please tell us about any errors (program aborts, system error messages, or apparent audiology-related logic or math errors) you encountered when using MACSUG. For each error, please describe any keystrokes, screen settings, or other conditions that were associated with the error (enough information that will help us to replicate the situation) and what kind of malfunction occurred. Feel free to save a MACSUG case file (or capture an image of the screen) and email it as an attachment to Beth A. Cooper with your error report.

Please tell us about how you used the MACSUG Help files (other than just reading through them) and what you found to be helpful (or not).

Please tell us what functions of MACSUG are still confusing to you and could be better explained in the help files.

We'd appreciate any other feedback and suggestions for additional features that you'd like to see added to MACSUG.

Thanks very much for helping us make MACSUG better. While supplies last, we will send an Acoustical Testing Laboratory coffee mug to instructors in audiology and hearing conservation courses who report errors or provide us with other helpful feedback. (Limited to U.S. mailing addresses, as provided at time of MACSUG download.) You must provide your first and last name and email address in order to receive a mug.
